Interior fit-out construction of first floor tenant space approximately 5,500 SF for the new bank branch. The branch will include both Retail and Private banking spaces consisting of customer lobby, semi-private and private offices, secured workroom, breakroom, IT room, and two restrooms. The project will also include two new thru-wall ATMs, one new thru-wall night drop and respective secured rooms. Exterior façade improvements will include modifications to accommodate ATMs and night drop installation as well as new signage & lighting features which will be supplied by the construction manager. Millwork/casework, interior signage and graphics, light fixtures, furniture, demountable office partitions, business systems and telecommunications will all be part of the project.
