A project Superintendent at Bognet Construction enforces a strict standard of quality, cleanliness and safety at each project location. The Superintendent provides on-site management of each project and is required to have at least five (5) years of experience in supervising commercial tenant interior construction projects. Strong organizational skills, construction operations, subcontractor relations, project planning, safety, quality, and communication skills are a must. SENIOR ESTIMATOR (0 Open Positions as of 10/28/09)
The Estimator is a critical position within Bognet Construction. Estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, and working with the architect and construction manager to ensure that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received and also work with the project management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. After the project is awarded to Bognet, the estimator handles the subcontractor award, release of materials, and turnover to the project management team. Candidates will not be considered unless they have a minimum of six years of commercial tenant interior estimating experience working for similar general contractors in the Washington Metro area.
